This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how fees work at Zinda Education, when they can and cannot be refunded, and how to raise a refund query. Zinda Education is an independent education consultancy operated by Tamil in Russia (registered in India) together with Zinda Education (registered in Russia). In this policy, "Zinda Education", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator, and "you" or "student" refers to the applicant (or their parent/guardian). This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and by using our service you agree to it.
The fees we charge are service and processing fees. They pay for the work our team performs at each stage of your application, admission, and visa-guidance journey. They are not deposits, and they are not payments for a guaranteed result.
As explained in our Disclaimer, we are an independent consultancy. We are not a university, not a government body, and not an official agent of any government. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Because we are paid for the work we do — not for a result — our fees are non-refundable once the relevant stage of work has begun.
Our fees are charged in stages. Each stage fee covers the work done during that stage, and each stage fee becomes non-refundable once work on that stage has started. All payments are made by offline bank transfer, and you upload a proof-of-payment receipt which our team verifies manually. We do not use any online payment gateway and do not collect or store your card or bank-login details.

Because each stage is charged and delivered separately, paying for one stage does not commit you to the next. You only pay for a later stage when you choose to proceed to it.
You may decide to stop using our service at any time. However:

If, for genuine reasons attributable to us, we are unable to perform the work for a stage that you have already paid for, we will not simply keep the fee for work we did not do. In that situation we will, at our reasonable discretion, either:
This does not apply where the service cannot proceed because of your own actions or circumstances — for example, incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent documents, missed deadlines, ineligibility, withdrawal, or a decision by a university or a government authority (see Section 6).
Because payments are made by manual bank transfer, occasional errors can happen. If you make a genuine duplicate transfer for the same fee, or you overpay an amount, that genuine duplicate or excess amount can be refunded or adjusted against your next stage, at your preference.
To request this, email us at zindaeducation@mail.ru with your proof-of-payment receipts so we can verify the duplicate or overpayment. This does not create a right to a refund of a correctly paid stage fee.
We provide guidance and processing support, but we do not control the decisions of universities or government authorities. Admission decisions are made by universities, and visa decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. A rejection, delay, or change of decision by a university or a visa authority is outside our control.
Any fees charged directly by a university, an embassy, a consulate, a visa centre, or any other third party are separate from our service fees. We do not collect those fees for them, and their own refund rules apply to those amounts. A refusal or refund decision by a university or government does not entitle you to a refund of our service fees for work we have already performed.

Please include your full name, the email address on your account, the stage(s) and amount(s) concerned, and your proof-of-payment receipts. We aim to acknowledge and respond to refund queries within 90 days. Any approved refund is normally made by bank transfer to the account from which the payment originated.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict on refund matters, this policy governs. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, India. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time you make a payment. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to make them clear.
